Now I'm a big SG-1 fan, I own them all on DVD, but Battlestar Galactica (2004) is by far the most dramatic and well written sci fi series the world has ever seen.

I mean sure Stargate is pretty good but it's a bit cheesy and predictable. BSG took sci-fi to new heights. The writing never let it down, it was always heartfelt and dramatic and very clever.

So yeah incase you hadn't guessed my favourite is BSG

This is why SG-1 is better. I like my TV to be light hearted and funny, as I pretty much JUST watch TV to decompress at the end of the day. The last thing I need is all the stress from BSG. I had a hard enough time watching Stargate Universe.

I'm surprised there aren't more Breaking Bad fans on this board, it's an unbelievable show!

I also like House, but recently the show's gone way down in wit and character. I liked seasons 3 and 5 the best.

I watched the first 3 seasons of this and then stopped because it was too stressful.

I watched the first three seasons and stopped, because that's all there is at this point.

Hi,

I used to like watching 'The X- Files'. (Agent Sculley was really hot!)

Although, in the UK, my favourites were 'Life on Mars' & 'Ashes to Ashes'.

These series were about characters who got stuck in 1973 & 1981 respectively, after being in a coma.

I also liked 'Beavis & Butthead' - esp. the 'Startrek dream' episode.

There was a Zombie show I watched a few episodes of that was amazing. Can't remember the name. Hulu stopped showing it though (or rather the TV network did)

Scrubs (which is on in 33 minutes)
The Daily show & The Colbert Report
Firefly
Mythbusters (the corniness is amusing and they do interesting things often enough. Also I used to watch it a number of years ago so it has some amount of nostalgic value)

My one friend says I would like the show Weeds but I haven't yet gotten a chance to see it.

I like everything that's good.

Also BSG ('04) was good, for a while. The final episodes and a few story lines were completely unintelligible and rushed/ incomplete.

What's Lie to Me like?

I'm a fan of Tim Roth, but I'm not sure if it's worth watching or not.

Lie To Me is a show where you realize that lying always ends up being bad
and that there's only one person in the world that can read facial expressions
that person is one Gregory House.

so if you like House telling people they're liars, then Lie To Me is pretty great

I enjoyed that shit. enjoyable drama. gets better after the first couple eps.

I have reliably watched the simpsons for 20 years

I'm watching the old clip show where they tell family love stories, when they are new, clip shows blow, but when they are themselves 15 years old, they are awesome.

That was probably The Walking Dead. It didn't get cancelled, it just had only 6 episodes in the first season for some dumb reason.

Thanks Tommo! Yeah, I know it wasn't cancelled- the Network just doesn't allow Hulu access I have it on my Netflix queue (sp!) though.

Walking Dead == Amazing. Cant wait for it to come back!!

I am a big fan of watching tv show . I watch many tv show .Smallville is my favorite tv show .Great cast and characterization (and Kristin Kreuk, what more could you want?). I watch smallville online and I feel like with most shows, the storyline gets too convoluted as the seasons pass. Overall though, I would highly recommend this show..

I watch shows too, whenever the tv show station show shows I watch the shows. I show my friends all the good shows I watch because they like the same type of shows as me. Sometimes they show shows at the local Show's tv show stand. I watch all those shows.

Lost, Californication, Dexter, Seinfeld, South Park, X Files, The Office, Mythbusters, anything on the Discovery Channel.
