12 years of waiting and it finally arrives, its time to kickass :D
Duke Nukem 3D is still a brilliant game to this day. I really hope Gearbox can do something just as good as what 3D Realms did back then :)
All those jokes about Duke Nukem Forever coming out before Episode 3 are true...
The difference being that Episode 3 has been in production for about 3 years whereas DNF has been in production for about 3 decades. It's not really fair game.
Ep3 was supposed to follow the episodic releases like Ep1 and Ep2 (kind of) did. But it didn't, and since no one has heard anything about it, people started making jokes about DNF being released before Ep3 ever would be. These jokes were said before DNF was announced...Quote:

Something gives me the feeling this is going to be pretty good. Hopefully a good break from the rut FPS games seem to have gotten into. I'll definately be buying it, at the least.
Checked out some of the trailers on this, and I don't think hardcore Duke fans are going to be disappointed. On that note, I'm not sure about the general public/people who never really experienced the game when it came out. Brings back memories of computer programing class. Our teacher was telling us about how upcoming computers hard drives could store up to one gig then!
The demo is absolute shit. Everything that was good about Duke Nukem 3D is gone. Well done Gearbox.
