Thread: James' Meditation Workbook

Lesson 1:

To me, meditation means reaching a higher self. I think life becomes more clear, understandable, and manageable with meditation. I've tried it before but was too distracted, hopefully doing this class will motivate me to try more and be consistent with those attempts. The benefits I'd like to gain are: stabilization, heightened sense of spirituality and awareness, balanced chakra, and peace of mind.

Meditation does improve concentration, focus and awareness in life, and it also provides clarity in the mind. Meditating helps you get away from everything else in life for a short period of time, and feel safe and stable in the comfort of your own thoughts. I hope that my class will allow you to reap these benefits.
