Okay as I said, I would meditate today

I had a great workout session for about an hour. I decided to meditate afterwards. I sat with my back straight and my hands on my legs, and began to let some thoughts surface. I thought that it was a bad idea to meditate after such a hectic workout because my body was still like, shaking from the workout. And the next part was great, I decided to to the relaxation technique where you tense all the main parts of your body one by one then release. After I did this my whole body relaxed. I then started to meditate my mind. I imagined every breath in brought pure white energy into me and every breath outwards removed all negative energy. I did this for about 2 minutes and then I began to imagine that all the thoughts coming up were being placed away in a box. After my mind was fairly clear I began to try count to 20 without my mind wandering and I couldn't do it until about the 5th try. I then had to go, so I opened my eyes and felt completely relaxed.
