Andra's DILD Workbook

So I remember a few dreams from last night:)

First I'm in my brother's bedroom and he shows me someone's guitar.He says it's a very good guitar.I take it and look at it.It;s a black guitar,quite heavy and the strings are odd.They're made out of some weird material.Next I'm in an unknown place with a character from Californication and we have that guitar and planning to make a band.Then I'm at home in my yard and somehow I managed to climb on the house I;m not sure why...my brother was there once again

I'm in my room at my computer and I'm chatting with my brother on MSN and tell him to stop playing the guitar because I want to sleep so I could have a lucid.He only turns down the volume and I start arguing with him...

I'm my brother's room again only everything is different.Theres also a girl probably in her 20s and she's my brother's girlfriend which is really odd considering my brother is only 14.I realize I'm half naked and but I don't really mind though I think my brother and the girl do.Apparently I don't get along with the girl.I want to take a shower only that girl wants that too and she wants to be first...Then my grandmother is here sitting on the sofa next to my brother I take a seat myself.Then the place changes again.Some people come.I remember especially a guy about 35-40 years old then the scenery changes again and I'm in some sort of garage and there ate lots of supercars and someone tells me I just got the newest and fastest of them and I'm very pleased.

LUCID DREAM
So I'm in my room and I think I did a nose reality check and realized I was dreaming but soon the dream ended.I wake up(FA)and stay still only my body starts moving without me doing anything.I realize it must be a dream so I reality check and realize I'm still dreaming.Then I take a look through the window and notice it's daylight.I then take a look at my room and realize I can't see well.So I simply put on my glasses and everything's ok.I look through the window again and notice it's almost night.I then go on the roof and realize I have problems with dream control.I think that I want to have a potion to drink and give me power.So before I know it I'm holding a bottle and drink a bit.I also rub my hands so my dream won't end.Then I start flying but I'm still having difficulties.I manage to fly and ended up on the street.I scream that I want to find my dream guide but I get no answer.I the see a white truck and decide to stop it hopping a DC would help me.But instead a small green car stops and a woman gets out of it and runs away.Then a kid gets out but doesn't run.I approach him and he reminds me of another kid from another lucid and wonder if he's the same.For some reason I take his hand and we start running and then flying but before I knew it he wasn't with me anymore.Somewhere at this point I remember about the DILD class and that Naiya told us to pay attention on how it feels when we're lucid.So I do just that and I'm quite confused because it felt a bit odd but then it wasn't very different from reality except that I was very happy.Then a DC screams for me to stop claiming he can help me find my DG.For some reason the character seems familiar.So I stop.Probably because I started losing lucidity and my subconscious was taking over I didn't believe him and started a discussion about quotes.Then the dream ended....:?

Wow, congrats on the lucid! You even remembered to think about how the dream felt, awesome! :D

I'm somewhere in the village I live in and I know that the next day I'll turn 18(which in real life is not true).Then I fly at my place and end up in an unknown place with my mom and brother and I have a laptop from Apple only it looks different from the real ones which I find pretty odd.Then I start cleaning up the place :roll:

In this dream I'm home and write down 2 songs which exist in reality one of them is Behind blue eyes by The Who.Then my brother finds the lyrics and I claim I'm the one who wrote them.My brother is so jealous that he starts crying...

In another dream I remember thinking ''Hmmm...Twilight isn't such a scary movie...the only scary characters are the Volturi...''

Now I'm somewhere with Jessica Alba's 2 brothers(does she even have 2 brothers :? ?).And it seems they work there.What they do is make popcorn and pie.After this they deliver it in Sunset Valley (the town from The Sims 3).Now I'm in L.A but everything is very different because in my dream L.A is actually made of a2-3 islands.Then I see 2 huge ships on the ocean then they start flying and then sink.All this happens like 10 times slower than normal.Now I'm at what seems to be an interview with Eva Longoria in which she talks about a project of hers to save the world(I think it had something to do with the 2 ships that sunk).

In this one I'm at a salon in the sims 3 and in the dream I know that this is a dream I'm going to have in the future without realizing I was already dreaming :(

This time I'm Hank Moody (from Californication) and I'm with a kid I don't know.Now I'm sitting with his daughter(my daughter in the dream) and that kid at a table near a pool.We talk about something I don't recall and then about my daughter's boyfriend

Now I'm playing the sims 3 and my sims have 2 twin sisters and I realize they're identical and I say to myself:''So it's possible to have identical twins as well''(I never had identical twins on the game so I have no idea if it's possible.

I'm home in the bathroom and I look in the mirror only I look perfectly normal...I think about dreams and that next time I realize I'm dreaming I want to change my eye color from blue to a more intense blue LOL

This dream was rather confusing...at first I'm playing the sims 3 and I take my sim shopping only this time instead to having only a supermarket I have like a place where to buy vegetables from another for bread and so on.Then I'm playing Age of empires 3 and the action takes place somewhere in the Caribbean and I have a little fishing boat but the enemy comes and I hope it won't attack the fishing boat because it was very important(no idea why)

I'm in a building where people work for the sims 3 and there's this guy that's the director and then I'm at a computer trying to install the sims 3 but this time I'm confused because in order to install the game I have to do some weird stuff.They tell me exactly what to do but I still find it weird.Next I'm in a garden and I'm like talking to my subconscious.I kinda know it's a dream only I don't realize the implications.So there are 2 tables and people sitting at them waiting to eat.This dream is more like a demonstration .At the first table there is only one cook and something goes wrong the food wasn't good I think and the customers were disappointed.My subconscious told me that in this situation the guy was working alone.Then at the second table there are are 2 cooks working together and everything was perfect like every little detail and the customers were very happy.During all this my subconscious was talking about mutual dreaming and that it would be great to have mutual dreams with people that know how to cook so that I learn how to cook too :shock: And oh yeah...my subconscious wasn't in a DC's body,I could only hear his voice(it was a guy's voice)

Most of the night was about the Sims 3. Have you been playing the game a lot lately? :P

yes I have....that's why I can't consider it a reliable dream sign.When I don't play the game I rarely get a dream about my sims.

I remember 15 dreams from last night :panic:

I'm in bed trying to get lucid without realizing I was already dreaming and from time to time I on DV chatting with some members.

I have no idea where I am but I'm browsing a magazine with Rihanna on the cover.I think I also saw a picture of Scarlett Johansson.

Now I'm in bed and I remember a dream so I use my phone so I could write in my dream journal.

A short dream in which I'm Hank Moody and I'm with this woman I don't know and the last thing she said was:''So let's f**k don't you think?''This was weird because she said it in English and my mother tongue is romanian.

This time I'm a sim and I do something embarrassing not once but twice(it was like I went back in time).Now I'm in a park that exists in reality and I see one of my teachers.Then I go to eat with my friends and see some of my teachers.They don't let me pass so I have to go round.I'm finally with my friends and but they all finished eating.I go to my table while the rest started moving the rest of the tables.Someone spills my soup by accident and I start arguing with him/her.

I am playing a game where I have a Zoo.In the end I managed to do what was requested of me only with the help of a tutorial.

I'm a cartoon character.Garfield I think...I go somewhere to help a guy

I have a Zoo again(in a video game) and I have a few animals of which I have to look after.Then I'm somewhere near a house reading a book and I notice a statue of one of my colleagues.I start reading again but when I look at the statue again I see the statue of my colleague and my colleague.She says something about me noticing she was there too.Then a few people come and I say hi to them knowing they were my colleague's relatives.

Now I'm in a yard somewhere and I have this strange disease.It's hard to explain but I have these black things that appear and disappear especially on my hands.They're kind of like ants only smaller and move very fast.Then my hands are covered with cobweb and there are a man and a woman next to me.The man says that this disease definitely didn't come from his country.The woman then says it didn't come from her country either(she said her country was Greece).

I'm playing sims 3.I have 2 sims a guy and a girl.I notice that I have a lot more interaction options than usual,one of them called idle kiss.So I try it and the guy lays the bed and the girl starts kissing him and taking his clothes off.I don't get to see them naked because the scenery changes and my 2 sims are now on the balcony.This time I can only control the guy.The girl wants to have sex or something but I don't so my sim simply ignores her.Because of this she's sad and I feel bad so I ,well my sim starts kissing her.But really this part was pretty much like a third person vision in which I was the sim.

So I'm on the DV forum and I go to chat.I because there were supposed to be a class or something.I see a few members online.Then I browse the forum and find a guy who's from Romania.He was sad so I send him a PM to encourage him saying something like it ''can't be that bad''.Then I discover that there's a game you can play on DV.So I try it out.In the game I'm in some weird building and I have to kill a monster to save my partner so he could kill the witch.My first attempt fails but I restart the game and try again.I manage to kill the monster this time and release my partner.He says ''I feel so powerful'' and kills the witch in no time.

I'm in a supermarket in Germany and I'm looking for some toothpaste.Then I go to the chocolate stand.There's just Milka but I don't like any of the chocolate I see so I walk away.Before I know it I'm in another room and there are lots of people working then I realize I'm in a staff only room so I exit before anyone can notice.

Now I'm with my brother in a hospital and I have something I give the doctors so that they can help my brother.

I'm at school with some friends.There's a list with the results from an English contest so I look for my name.It looks like I have a very high score but I can'd find 2 of my colleagues on the list no matter what I do(I wanted to check if they had a higher score).Now I'm in the same classroom and there's also one of my best friends.The classroom starts shaking and we have to hold on to something so we won't get hurt.Then in the same classroom I'm with different colleagues and a friend I used to have.Everyone considered her stupid (which I think she is :D).In the end I go to a bathroom and I'm not sure why I take my clothes off then I notice the classes have ended and that students might want to use the bathroom.So I put on most of my clothes and go int the next room.Someone wants to enter but luckily she goes away.I put my clothes on and then I take a vacuum cleaner that was there and wonder hoy to leave without anyone noticing.At first I think that I should use the window but change my mind and just use the door.Now I'm in the schoolyard running with the vacuum cleaner but a DC sees me and tells me she was waiting for me and what took me so long but when she sees the vacuum cleaner she's happy.The scenery changes and I see Claire(from Heroes) arguing with her dad I don't know why.

And a dream I forgot to write in my DG so I only remember one scene.I was who knows where all I know is that there were no buildings.I was with a few DCs.Before this I was one of them but now I have like 3rd person vision and a woman comes and says something like this is all a dream.We all knew it was a dream and I think we wanted to do something about it which I can't recall...

yep my dream recall has improved greatly in the last week or so.I've had pretty good recall since I started lucid dreaming 2 months ago :D

as for the part with the disease I was quite calm I just wanted to get rid of it but I had no idea how.I hind nightmares quite fun some I really enjoy.Especially those in which I'm being chased.Like I had a while ago a dream in which DCs took me to a haunted house to scare me but they couldn't.So they were like ''OK if this didn't work lets go to the lake,there's a even scarier house there''.At no point in the dream was I scared....:rolllaugh:
I couldn't stop myself from laughing after I woke up.Poor DCs :chuckle:

I'm in a restaurant with my cousin we order something.I go and meet up with a few friends and go to a store.There are like over 10 people ahead of us so we had to wait.A friend of mine gets me a blueberry pie and a cheesecake but the can't get anything for themselves foe some reason.Then I'm with some other friend and they ask me how's mu mom doing.Then I'm with a colleague of mine who I find very annoying IRL so she annoys me every time I dream of her.

I'm home with mom and dad and they're talking about a girl I don't know and they mention she smokes a lot.

At my grandmas with mu cousins.My cousin Alice has a boyfriend and I'm a bit surprised because I knew she was supposed to be with someone else.Anyway the guy is really funny he says a lot of jokes.We talk about stuff then I want to go home because they started to ignore me.Now I'm in my yard and Alice and my other cousins are there.I realize I'm naked and that I have my pillow in my arms and I'm like ''Damn I need to go put on some clothes before anyone sees me''.I go in the house and it looks as if theres a party going on.I go to the bathroom but everything's changed and I notice a few people I don't know 3 guys and a goth chick.I'm like ''OK I know you and you but what the hell are the rest of you doing here?''Now I'm on the hall and notice lots of waiters and they have plates with all kinds of food.From time to time they leave it there for some reason and come later after it.Then I notice a girl that takes advantage of the waiters mistakes and steals food.I decide to do the same thing so I look if there are any people around and then go and get a cheese pie.I start eating it and it tastes just like in real life.I eat my pie and then I see some of my teachers but they are frozen in time.Then a few people pass by and all the teachers unfreeze.One of them is my human rights teachers and she's like ''Everyone tells us it's x o'clock when it's in fact y o'clock.I realize that she has no idea she's been frozen in time.Then she tells me I have to go with her because I have to choose extra classes this year.I ask her if I'm going to have more classes than last year and she tells me yes.I sigh...Finally we arrive in a supermarket where there are lots of guitars.I know that I have to learn to play an instrument but I say to myself that I already have a keyboard so I don't have to buy anything.I hear someone trying to play the guitar and see a little boy with his parents.My human rights teacher wants me to buy a guitar for my brother.I take a guitar and examine it then I look where I know the name of the model should be written.But theres nothing written on it and I find it odd but think the guitar is probably not finished yet.

I'm in my school's gym with colleagues and we have to change our clothes.All I remember is something about a pair of D&G jeans and that my sports teacher was in this dream.

A dream in which I'm with my grandpa,brother an mom at a friend's house.I don't know what happens between me and my brother but grandpa takes his side and I feel offended.

I'm at school and then in a drawing class but I don't even remember the dream now.I only know I had it because of some notes...

I'm in a park situated somewhere on the edge of New York.Only my NY is not surrounded by water which is why I can get to my relatives without having to use a boat(I was there to visit my relatives).It starts raining to I take shelter in an abandoned car.I wait there for a while and I see one of my colleagues passing by.She just says hi and disappears.The rain stopped so I continue my journey.Now since there are no trees anymore between the city and me I can actually see the Empire State Building.I think that I used to want to go to NY after I've grown up and that now I don't like it anymore.At this point I see myself when I was about 4 or 5 but I can only see my back.I notice my blonde hair which is a bit longer than it used to be IRL when I was 5(my hair was pretty much all I saw). Even so I'm excited to be there especially since the dream is extremely clear.I then arrive at a carnaval which in my dream is really the entrance in NY.It's actually Samuel's carnaval(from Heroes).Now it's night and
pretty much observe things while passing by.I see this woman that wants me to sign some king of contract I think and I kinda want to but I don't.Before I know it I have some popcorn and start eating.It's cheese flavored which is also my favorite and it tastes exactly like IRL.Now I see another women which I find well...not very beautiful and she wants to have sex or something and I'm like HELL NO!!!Al I can remember is that she had long blonde hair...then the dream faded

I was thinking.....is there anyway I'd be able to recognize I'm dreaming when I change gender in a dream?Because I do that a lot...it usually happens at least once every night.I don't know how to RC this dream sign since I can't change gender IRL :?

Hmm well, it IS a dreamsign. It may be counterintuitive, but a dreamsign that never occurs while you're awake is actually the best kind! All you have to do is, periodically during the day, check to see which gender you are and remind yourself that if you're the wrong one, you're dreaming. ;)

well I've been lazy lately so I guess I should write the dreams I had last night.I only slept about 6 hours so I don't remember much but here it goes...

I'm at my grandmas and something happens we argue and she won't let me go somewhere because it's too far so I leave even though I have to walk a few miles.As I walk I notice some of the kids that live there one guy was on his bike.Then I decide not to go because I realize it's stupid still, because I want my grandma to think I'm gone I turn left so she won't see me in case she decides to see if I'm really gone.Then I just walk and I find it strange because the street is different than the real one but I quickly forget about it.Next thing I know I'm in a house with this amazing looking girl.She was supposed to be a character from a show only she looked kinda different from the actress.She looked a lot better :cheeky: really she looked like this http://cache1.asset-cache.net/xc/789...9D8359B7B207E2

so yeah I was lucky :shadewink: so we start a conversation about her and she starts telling me about models and high fashion which she seems really into.She seems I'm a bit well...confused and asks me ''What?You don't have any clothes from D&G,Armani or something?''I lie and say I do and that I'm actually interested in fashion.Anyway because we were talking about models I wanted to show her a picture of my favorite model and I have this little device and search for her on the internet.She is really impatient and tries to see what I'm looking for.In fact she's so impatient she promises to have sex with me if I hurry up.I finally find the model but she looks a bit different than in reality which I find quite odd...but now the scenery changes and I don't get to do it.Damn!!!Oh well maybe I'll have better luck next time....Now I'm at a fashion show and I notice all these models on the runway.I remark that some models although beautiful they are in their 40s or so.But immediately after this I see all these beautiful young models so I forget about the older ones.

I'm in a house with a bunch of people and something bad happens.I'm not sure what but I think someone died.Then I'm at school and realize I haven't read any books for school yet so I kinda freak out then I'm with my mom and look at books I need to study this year.

Well I think I'm gonna give it a try and practice mindfulness.In the following days I'll probably post how that goes :)

So today I tried mindfulness hoping it would help me with lucid dreaming by becoming more aware.I did it for a couple of minutes and it was a bit odd because after a while although I was trying to concentrate on my breath I suddenly realized I could feel my pulse.I also noticed that with every heart beat my body would gently follow my hearts movement.I'm not sure if that's how you say it in English but I hope who reads this will actually understand what I'm saying. :)

It sounds like you did well in your mindfulness meditation. Sounds like it was very relaxing, too. :)

First I'm in my yard and get in the car with my parents.We were supposed to visit my grandparents.I tell my parents I need to pee first but they say I can wait until we arrive.I notice we go on the wrong road and find it weird and before I know it we're now in a cart and remember seeing some people but I can't remember very well because I thought I'll remember all the details of this dream so I didn't write it down.I guess I was wrong Also when I was in the car there were many sweets but I didn't eat any..

I'm in front of one of my former teacher's house .I then open a door and see this guy I don't know but then I see one of my friends and believe they know each other.Then I just walk on the street and remark that I have a jacket in mu arms.It's a shade of green and then I look to see what I'm wearing.I was wearing a T-shirt the same color as the jacket.I then see a couple and because I was a girl in this dream I couldn't help noticing the guy which I thought was really hot.For some reason I decide not to look behind although it was tempting.

I'm at my grandmas and I see my cousin.She was getting dressed and wanted me to take her out only I tell her I don't want to change my clothes and go anywhere.So she goes anyway with one of my friends.After she leaves I start running after her immediately only I realize I have no shoes on and that I have a needle in my right foot.It hurts so I stop and go back thinking she had my bike so there was no way I'll catch up with her.

I'm somewhere near the fortress in my village only it's different.I want get some apples so I go in an orchard to get some.The reason I want the apples is to make juice because I heard it helps with lucid dreaming.I ask a guy for permission and he lets me.So I go in.At first I can see apple trees but then I'm in some sort of basement and there are apples.Unfortunately I have to search for fresh apples but at first I can only find wizened apples.I then find some that seem fresh and juicy and wonder if there's anywhere written the year they were harvested.I then notice that there is ''2008'' written on the wall and I'm like ''Ohh they were harvested just last year so they should be juicy enough''.Also when I'm looking at the apples I see some things related to gothic architecture and I think it has something to do with the fortress.So after I have the apples I find myself in a house and see some women came with some fruits.In the dream I think it's because they have to replace the apples I took.One of the women had wheat...

The reason I want the apples is to make juice because I heard it helps with lucid dreaming.



Aaaaah, so close! :panic: If only you RCed. Maybe your dream was trying to give you a hint there. :P
