This is probably a bit late, but I guess it's better late than never.

Pick several RCs to do:
Most of the time, I pinch my nose or look at my hands. I occasionally try using the finger-through palm RC, but that's pretty rare.

Pick 1-3 RC triggers:
When I'm with friends that have been in my dreams pretty often
Whenever I'm somewhere near a university or school
When I enter a car

Try to find some dream signs:
I don't really think this counts, but: people whom I haven't seen all summer
Past love interests/lovers
Campuses and universities
