That one's pretty expensive, you can find cheaper ones, but I think fish oil is pretty expensive anyway.
That Algae Oil is where fish get their Omega 3's from anyway.

There's actually no reason to take omega 3, 6 supplements anyway. If you eat well you will get enough.
But if you're gonna take it, may as well not destroy the ocean at the same time.

Thanks for making me aware of that tommo, unfortunately I have already bought a set of pills. But I will think about that the next time.

Ironically enough I had a super vivid dream where I hugged a Dolphin and he showed me the ocean. Perhaps now I can understand the meaning. :)
