Yeah, I lost that about a year ago lmao. But I just recently joined a gym and intend on getting back into shape and hopefully looking better than that pic even, cause I still look a little "meaty" in it heh.

Sorry to but-in but I was skimming posts and noticed this one, which leads me to say: What are you doing?! I'm sure you're joking about the three day thing because you'd be too weak to type right now but I'm sure it comes relatively close to the truth. If you go about it that way, you shall be destined to gain more weight, which would undoubtedly rattle you well, if you believe yourself to look a little meaty in that photo.

I won't lecture you but I will say that BMI is far more important than your weight and that you should eat eat eat, but exercise exercise exercise exercise. Do the later more than the former and you'll be very well rewarded in numerous ways.

I advise visiting fitness websites and learning proper health saving techniques. Incidentally, my knowledge on this comes from my five to six day a week of total body conditioning and Yoga work. I know what I'm talking about.

30 days...AND...Rejecting chemotherapy. You're only supposed to do it for 10 days. And no comment about the chemotherapy thing. I've done this Master Cleanse before and it works amazingly well. I also have friends that do it at least once a year. So please don't lecture me.

Bastard. I even have a box of those things in my room right now, which is more than bizarre since I never eat them and only grabbed them because it was the only snack food in the house I could find last week.

But when temptations like that occur, I resort to the "destroy food" diet. I actually created it myself. I can post it if you're interested.

If the diet's name is any indicator, I think it deserves to be posted.

I hope there are creative ways to destroy this food. Would my hat count?

Yeah it's fun to try on old outfits. One time I tried on one of my old prom dresses and it fit great everywhere except the boobs... way too tight. I guess that's a good thing!

And yeah, those body suits are not flattering at all. It was either that one (btw I stitched all the white stitching in myself) or the next size down and I couldn't sit down So I chose the slightly too big one...
