Haha, thanks! I used an empty toilet paper roll for scaffolding on the penny bridge, I was pretty worried that it might just fall apart when I pulled it out... the smaller 'bridges' between the nickel stacks were just made by putting two stacks with protruding nickels next to each other and filling in the gaps. It's actually pretty fun to build these things, it's relaxing. I had the History Channel on while I was doing it, so I could listen to their narration about Hitler while building

Wow, that's really interesting. Do you have more pictures of the process... the before and between shots? It's a piece of architectural feat in a small scale.
