Music. Lots and lots of music. Using high-end sample libraries with over 100 instruments at once sometimes. (That can be over 500 lossless WAV sound files a second, plus real-time frequency shaping, compressing, filtering, monitoring, and metering, etc.)
If you didn't know, that's how movie soundtracks are made. The vast majority are not real orchestras; they are played on a piano which transfers the data to computer or clicked into a computer and done there)
This is an unrealistic example (as nobody would be using a lot of these useless things), but it actually uses LESS memory than I normally do. Just to give an impression of the amount of processing and streaming going on.
