Lately I've been having really bad recall. I can bearly remember a thing! A few times I set the alarm for 4 am which is 3 hours before my alarm to get ready for school and when i woke up at 4am I had vivid recall, but since not setting that alarm, my recall has decreased a lot.
I've heard about lying in the postion you were when you were dreaming, but when I wake up I am already in that postion or I don't know or can't remember a postion I may have been in dreaming.
I have no problem writing details and dreams to a great extent, I am use to writing lots, and every day.
I'd like to hear from other users on their tips to achieving good recall.
