So last night i drank 2 bottles of water, at my first attempt at remembering my dreams, i repeated to myself that i would remember them before going asleep.
i woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't remember a thing, went to the bathroom, feel back asleep. woke up a few hours later around 6 and still did not remember a thing.
I stayed up for a bit and eventually went downstairs to take a nap on the couch, i woke up on the couch remembering a dream. didn't record it but fell back asleep soon after and when i woke up, remembered a second dream.
Was this a fluke or do naps usually help you remember dreams? And how many dreams should i be able to remember before moving onto actually trying to induce a LD?
