I'm having trouble trying to work on my recall, but after much work, I was able to remember two things:

eating an amazing cheese pizza and forgetting a dryer sheet in the laundry

These are slightly significant because yesterday two things that happened were a cheese pizza being burnt and somebody reminded to use a dryer sheet in my laundry today. I didn't remember them until I ate lunch and did laundry, but they were recalled.

Tonight I'm going to put my phone above me in bed (I have a bunk bed.) like last night, but this time I will put a reminder on/next to it to recall as soon as the alarm goes off so my mind doesn't wander and/or freak out.
