Question I know my dream sign! :D Now what..?

So, I've realized that my dream sign is double jumping. I think it stemmed from when I was younger and really into video games. I'd have nightmares where I was being chased by bad guys or scary animals or something like that and I'd 'double jump' (jump up and then jump again higher by pushing off of the air) to get away from them. Just like you would in a video game. I do this in almost every dream. Sometimes to just get around easier. Also, that's the way I fly. I jump up once, jump again by pushing off of the air and begin to fly wherever.

But, I'm not too sure how to go about this. I'm aware this is my dream sign, but I don't know how it'll help me become lucid. I know it's impossible to be doing it in real life, and in a dream I'm supposed to realize that. But, I can't. It has become completely normal to jump like this. I don't give it a second thought. That's my problem. It doesn't matter how strange something is, it's totally normal to me in a dream! I've never been able to go from a normal dream to a lucid dream. Anyone know what I'm getting at? Sort of confusing to explain. Hopefully someone knows what I mean.

well i think that's the problem that all of us has!!!
everyone fails to realise that weird things in their dreams are not real, that's why we use induction methods and things liek that in the first place

i think you should start using RC methods and things like that instead of relying on dreamsigns alone

Combining your knowledge of your dream signs with regular reality checks should help you. You may also look to see if you have any other dream signs that are manifest more in real life, such as people with orange sweaters, or stoves, or certain friends/family. Whenever you see one of these things in real life, do a reality check (like discreetly trying to stick your finger through your hand, or counting your fingers). This should help you out considerably.
      ...And then to dream...
