      My dreamsigh..(sigh)....

I'm starting to get sick and tired of my dream sigh, i would imagine this is one of those dream sighs people would love to have! or wish to have.

Yes my dream sigh is.... Dream... in alot of my dreams i usialy end up talking about dreams to my DC or something about dream will pop up and i will ignore it like you woudn't believe.

just 2 hours ago i had a dream,(none LD) that i was talking to my friend. and i was having a dream within a dream, then i wake up, and talk to my friend and we're like, "oh shit we shared a dream"(yes this was the dream...) then i wake up, and pouch my pillow, cause the word dream(and i counted it) i said it 5-7 times...

This is sopose to be like the easiest sigh ever and i can't even realize that i'm dreaming... Any tips?

Well, the obvious thing to do is to RC any time anyone mentions dreaming and/or lucid dreaming and any time you think about dreaming.

Aside from that, I can't really think of anything else. Modify any techniques you do (like MILD) so that you'll remember to recognize your dream sign. You might want to find a different dream sign.

On the bright side, this means you're thinking about lucid dreaming enough for it to become part of your dreams.

Try sticking post-its with the word "dream" on them and put them where you'll see them throughout the day. Any time you think about dreaming is a good time to reality check. And... I'm not sure if it'll work, but every now and then when you're having a conversation, stop and ask yourself if you're discussing anything dream-related, then RC.

Haha, yeah. As a bonus, you can even use the text on the sticky note as a RC.
