I'd imagine the brain cannot handle quick changes or detail. I suppose thats why light switches don't work. And someone mentioned deformed hands earlier. everything in your dreamworld is unstable and can change frequently, like how text changes everytime you look at it
ooooh ok, gotcha lol its so interesting a!
No one actually knows the answer to this yet! It's so crazy
i no! its quite intruiging though a. how we all do the same thing...
Well, that just means that no one knows the answer to it yet. Expectations sure do seem to play a role in what actually happens in dreams. Hence my so many noobies' reality checks fail them.
Actually the thing I hear tossed around most is that your brain isn't active, not the part responsible for reading/interpreting text. But, some people can sometimes read in dreams. I've had it happen. So there you go. Nobody knows.
hmm mayb that's why i still havn't managed to have more lds! expectation... mayb i need a mentor ill go get adopted haha
i guess its kinda hard for people to get inside other ppls brains when theyre sleeping to see whats going on a. your brains pretty high tech i must say haha
My hands look 100% normal in dreams now right down to the six tiny prongs on my engagement ring.
woah that's pretty intense man. your brains doing a gud job of imitating that! lol
im always missin fingures when i look at my hand in dreams no idea why its like that
I believe what it is that when your in the real world, a light switch is physically connected to a light, which turns on and off depending on the switch. In yours dreams though, this isn't neccesarily true. The light switch can just be a prop or have nothing connected to it. I believe this happens because your brain is "lazy" and doesn't wanna start imitating the real world. Kind of like sitting in a car with the ignition off... you can step on the gas all you want, if the engine isn't running, your not going anywhere.
