Practice, practice, practice. ( I do mean keeping up with a dream journal, btw ). That's the only way I know of improving dream recall. |

I recommend starting to write as soon as possible when you wake up. Even if you think you've only got a few words that are probably not worth writing, you'll probably find the more you write, the more you remember. That works for me anyway |

Lie absolutely still upon awakening. Can be hard at first but you remember it after a while. When you lie there just let the memories flow into the consciouss. Try to remember as much as possible, just dig into the dream. And make small words out of the dreams that you can remember when you write them down. The loss can be quite big from just lying there to try to write it down. |

It is so annoying when people try to make the "ultimate thread" and try to get everyone to just do one thing in it and it should be the only thread about it. This won't become a sticky especially since we have had someone write a whole tutorial about dream recall. Yeah... |
