serious problem

ive been serious about lucid dreming for about 3 weeks and i have done it all... everything i could to help get a lucid dream. i havent had one yet. but lately i havent even been remembering my dreams... i just go to sleep and wake up, no middle, at all. i try to convince myself that i will remember it, but i dont. please help

Start at the begining getting recall is what you should be doing first dont worry about LDing untill you can actulay recall what happens on a night. Keep a dream diary and write in it every day, write down everything you can remeber however small or stupid. Somthing like "i was outside a shop" will be enough to start with. When you can remeber at least 1 dream EVERY night then you can work on LDing.
