I see a lot of posts here from people who can't seem to remember their dreams. Here are some ideas and I will be adding to it whenver I can. |

"What if I were to tell u that you can take control...of all of this? Look at all these people. Seems as though they're just all chatting away? Nothing to do with u. And yet., maybe they're only here because u wanted them to. U are their god. U can make them obey u or even destroy u."
-- Vanilla Sky (movie)
The effort to remember and record your day will tend to suppress dreaming to some extent in the short term. Try to recall your day in as much detail as possible, but write down enough to recall again if you review your diary. Try to recall in different ways than you might ordinarily do. For example, how you were sitting or moving, what colors things were, what people said with tone of voice, etc, etc. Practice will bring improvement. Take a break from recall and you will find dream recall has improved. |
