Thread: Changing Dreams

Hey I was wondering if anyone could relate, offer advice, or tell me what is going on with this ... I was having ok recall (my dreams where story like with depth and very enjoyible) then all of a sudden all my dreams are short little clips in which funny things happen. They are not enjoyible at all and I feel frustrated waking up with them. Does any body know what is going on or if my dreams will go back to the way they used to be (it has been like this for a month and a half or so). Thank You

Has anything changed at all in your life?

Diet, exercise patterns, time you spend in front of TV/computer, bedtimes...

If you're in school, was it since you started summer holidays?

It started like a month after summer break started the only things that have really changed have been I go to bed later and recently I have been watching a lot more tv becasue the olympics.

The changing of bedtimes could have quite a big impact. Make sure you're getting enough sleep every night and you go to bed at regular times, or it does impact on your recall.

I hate it most, when right in the middle of an excellent dream, when the climax of the dream begins to begin, I make a terrible, weak decision and the dream changes via the results of my decision. For example, I am in the process of iniating a friendship with a desirable member of the opposite sex, and, due to pure mental cowardice, I decide to terminate my possible friendship with this member. My dreams weren't always like this. But quite recently, this has been an alarming pattern.
