I know my dream sign, I know when I'm dreaming, but I can't control my dreams - please help

Well my dream sign is the fact that I can't move any parts of my body. I'm usually in my bed, and I can't move any part of my body except my eyes, and I can speak (my lips barely move) but no sound will come out. I've had dreams like this several times, and the last two times I had these dreams I told my self that I was dreaming and that this was my dream sign.

The only problem is, even though I know im dreaming I still can't move my body. If I move my arm or leg then I will move it in real life and I'll wake up. And not just that, but my arms and legs fell ten times hevier, so it's hard to move them.

I can't move anything, all I can do is just lay there in bed and wait, untill I eventually wake up, and when I wake up I feel no different than when I did when I was sleeping, I just wake up and I just think that it sucks that I can't controll my dreams.

Have you had a problem like this?
      How do I fix it?

This sucks for me because I've had lucid dreams before (before I even knew what lucid dreams were) and I could controll my dreams. It feels amamzing, but I can't do it anymore.

So, even if you are lucid, you are having a dry spell if you cannot control it?

Probably, it's just a little something I thought I'd post. I don't know if what your having is a Dry Spell or not though, so I'm sorry if they don't work for you.

You could still give it a shot anyway, it's always good to try new things. As said by many.

Thanks, Jdeadevil, I notice you have a lot of posts around here and seem to be pretty knowledgeable. I started a thread with a question and would be honored if you had any advice?
