      Recall is a funny thing...

      Well, it is.

See, recently, I've had little to no recall. Every night I tried autosuggestion to recall dreams; that used to always work. But then it just stopped. It went on like that for half a week, and then one night I was just like "Forget it. Its not gonna work." So, I did nothing and just went to sleep normally - then I recall two dreams in good detail. Same thing happened last night.

Recall really is a funny thing.

You're right - it's usually pretty volatile. Make sure that you're keeping a dream journal in addition to autosuggestion - dream journals are one of the most powerful tools for increasing dream recall.

Also be sure to keep a regular sleep schedule.

Yep, I long ago discovered that sometimes when you don't chase a bird.. it will come and land in your hand.

In other words, sometimes when you don't try so hard.. things happen on their own.
