Yes, many times, however, I think that this is not recommended, it's much better if you write down everything you remember. |
|
Sure, if there's a dream that I don't ever want to remember, I don't feel the need to write down.. I simply let it go. I don't believe that you MUST write down every single dream. |
|
I've done it many times-- although, I don't think I really have "bad" dreams. I'm just not prepared for them, I guess... |

At times, I'm too tired to write it. At other times, I generalize it ("Bad stuff happened with rust-toothed dog"). But most of the time, nightmares are fun to write down (especially the super scary ones)! |

If a dream is disturbing enough that you choose to exclude it from your dream journal, chances are you're going to remember it anyway. At least, that has been my experience. So you may as well write it down, I guess. |

Generally I don't write down "intimate moments." Other than that though, I usually will happily write down a bad dream. |

I had a rather traumatic dream last night. I considered not writing it down, but I knew I would remember it anyway. And I decided to record it so that in the future I can look back and have a measure of how I've progressed in dealing with those issues. |

I write down pretty much all my dreams, regardless of the content, but like Abra said I would generalize it so when I read it only I will understand what happened that night. Personally, I love writing down nightmares because they seem to be the most action-intense dreams I ever experience. And I crave action people. |

I'm sure I have let some go. Though, usually if I don't want to remember or I find I can't write down what I dreamt about on paper.. I just say .. "and you know.. .." and in time I won't remember but at least I'll know something happened. |
|
I would. I'd look back at it and try to figure out the problem causing the bad dream and fix it. I guess if it's to the point of being traumatic, like others have said, you're going to remember it anyways. |
|
I'll sometimes not write down a dream if I find it boring. |
