Neeed Urgent Recall Help!

for the last 4 night i have had no recall at all. its as if i not dreaming at all. This happened after i did a HILD.

any ideas?:idea:

Have you been getting enough sleep?
By that i mean atleast 7 hours a night - I find if i don't get that much then i remember very little in the way of dreams.
If it's not that then I'm not sure, maybe just don't think about it for a week and go on as normal, don't even bother trying to recall anything.
You can then come back to it after that week and try again.

Dry spells can be very discouraging, but a lot of us get them now and again.
My suggestion is to take a short break from LDing. At least a week.

I can relate to this. It's happening to me right now

thats good advice. My recall dryspells seems to fully correlate with
1. anmount of sleep i have
2. visualisation ability that day

You know speaking of the hypnosis thing it would be nice if someone made a hypnosis video for an hild for someone who can't do it themselves.Would have to post it on youtube or something.

in the morning tel yourself that ou will remember you dreams in details. Tell yourself this all day as well

I mean SOMEONE should make a hypnosis vid and put it on youtube!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
