Write what little bits of dreams that you can remember in a dream journal, each time you wake up. This is best to be done right when you wake up, so you remember the most of your dreams.
Before sleep each night, say, "I will remember my dream when I wake up" or something like that, in your head.
Take vitamin b6 pills, about 50mg... If you want. These are said to help dream recall but I've never tried them.
