      Headaches

      Do headaches effect your dreaming or dream recall? Because i have one right now and its not too good, also I am against pain killers, so, my mom makes me some herbal tea and I drink that but it didnt work. Thank you.

      I've never slept with a head ache before, but I don't think it will have an effect.

      You should really consider to start taking painkillers like advil or tylenol. As long as you don't take any more than the said dosage, no harm can come to you at all.

      I hate pain killers, they're so... Unnatual, I drink tea though. My headache left before i went to sleep, although that night i had 2 dreams but niether were very vivid.
