I use doors.
I don't really have a dream journal off all my dreams but I remember alot of the dreams without having them written, I started writing them down recently so I remember signs that appear usually and they would be :
*Viewing myself in 3rd person. (Happens all the time)
*Dreaming in black and white. (Happens all the time aswell, but sometimes my brain tells me something in my dream was of (Random) color)
*Being chased by armed people trying to hurt me. (Either the police or soldiers, the police people are always silent and the soldiers shout and swear)
*Unexplainable avoiding of injuries. (Whenever someone shoots at me or meteors fall I somehow know where it will hurt me and I dodge it)
*Family members. (They are in 70% of my dreams and my dad is always silent and passive)
*Getting lost in the city I am, or something changes so I can't get back. (Either the part where my "Home" is just dissapears, or the door to my building dissapears and I can't get back, or I just start out in some random city and I am asking people for directions, trying to get back)
*Dreams never start by me waking up in my bed.
*Recently, I've began to have different Eevee's in my dreams, one even stunged my leg with a large needle. xD;;
*If my dream has nobody familiar in it it will end in me getting hurt, not chased, just hurt by some random character.
*Missing any toughts of the dream at all, I just watch in it 3rd person and don't have a oppinion of the dream I am watching at all, I just fly around and watch without thinking anything at all.
*Rarely I am able to transform into something, usually a eevee...xD;;
Yeah, alot of things happen often in my dreams, but not ONCE have I asked myself "Am I dreaming?", guess my brain just swallows everything as real?
Yes I didn't become lucid at all yet. xD;;
As for the scenery, I remember it fully and it is usually replicated realisticly, nothing is wrong in it, not even 1 small spot, if my dream is in my town the town is replicated 100% real, though sometimes I can turn around and when I turn back instead of a let's say shop there is a train station.
As of recently, the front yard of our house.
Not being able to scream or talk
Not being able to run
My teeth falling out
Feeling like my mouth is full of wax or gum and not being able to get it out
Not being able to punch or kick when being attacked
...to name a few.
Found 2 more, recently.
1. This weird little zombie girl, probably about 8 years old. Anybody who has watched silent hill will know what I am talking about.
2. Being at my school.
3. My dream guide. Though she makes no effort to make me lucid, but when I notice her, like sitting on a bench or something, I immediately recognize her which leads to lucidity. And she sticks out a bit, so it's easy to notice her.
I just started yesterday and the only dreamsign I know is action. all my dreams have an action adventure theme.
[edit] I also have had many dreams where I am trying to ground and pound someone and they keep saying "ha ha that tickles." and my arms cant genreate much force. I think this dream sign has gone away know though.
When I was a young child it was seeing the stars through my third eye, it was awesome, and scary. But really awesome.
My dream sign is buildings that have no walls - you can just walk straight into them without any doors!
Guns, violence, anything death related. (Is there something wrong with me?)

My dream signs are:
Being chased by violent gangs of big strong men with weapons.
Being fully female.
Being in the wrong city instead of the city I currently live in.
My Dog who passed away.
Definite dream signs:
-elevators not working properly
-switches not working properly
-more than one moon in the sky (does anyone else have that one?)
-teeth falling out
-my mouth filled with small pieces of something, ground up teeth or ground up glass, etc.
-paralysis
-when driving, brakes don't work
Vague dream signs:
-being in a strange apartment building
-being lost and having to figure out how to drive home or get home using public transit
Don't have a dream sign.But sometimes there are different signs like I am always a hero in my dreams.May be I am helping or distracting someone.Usually if I got tired from a long days work than there is no scope of the dreams.Dream sign is the thing which give you pain in your dreams and never let you sleep, some kind of lucid dreams. I never wish to have a dream sign.
Trains. I'm often riding them in my dreams.
Being in school.
Being pursued.
Trippy skies.
Swimming pools. They're everywhere O_O Or a sea or something...
Teeth falling out
Losing my shoes on random places
Nightmares
Most of the time I dream of my old friends and ... my mother.
My dream signs are places. My dreams usually take place at my school, or they take place by a forest, lake, or field.
Rail tracks or the seaside.
Paths, rivers, bodies of water, and panda bears.
