So I've been trying to LD for a while now, but here's the thing. They say to make sure your last waking thought is "I will remember my dreams tonight" and other things like that, and I try to do that. But when I wake in the morning to try and write it down, I don't remember a thing. Not one bit of a dream. I mean, it's like there's SOMETHING there, but nothing that I can remember. Are there any other ways to improve recall? |
