Thread: Video games?!

Sounds like you commonly have a third person's perspective - a lot of people experience this. With me it's more first person. The video game idea is cool if you've got a lot of control. Do you die and spawn back?

Its about the same for me. I either move on to another person, respawn near where the dream started, or just wake up when I die. Pretty common stuff, me thinks.

I normally have first person but every now and then I temporarily switch to 3rd person (i.e. sometimes if I'm in a fatal situation.)

I once had a nightmare from which I woke myself by bringing up the menu and exiting. It's safe to say I play far too many games.

I've had couple of videogame related dreams, especially dreams where I'm playing a game called "DotA" (Defence of the Ancients). It is a custom game in WarCraft 3.

I don't play too many, but I did once have a dream involving Racoon Mario for some reason, and it had sad music singing about him. I woke up in tears, it was really weird.

I just woke up from a dream related to "Hitman". My brother told me about it last evening and that's why I dreamt about it. I'm getting some memories back right now.... I think I played some firts tutorial levels or something...

Once I had also dream that I was in GTA SA world, of course it was different. I couldn't see a hotel at the place it should be (but didn't realize it's a dream!) - it was in Las Venturas... but there were an airport and it was like online game cause more people were there standing to the direction to the airport. I was the first one who started to run to that direction... then others. It was fun.

Video games are one of the most reappearing themes in my dreams, either precise elements from some like Age of Empires 3 or whatever I'm playing lately, or just things like when I almost die in the dream I try to "load" to another part of it. A lot of my dreams are mixes of playing a game and actually "living" it, so that's definitely a dream sign for me as well.

I get that if i played NWN(never winter nights) a few days befor or sometimes being on the computer befor i go to bed. I have to complete a mission or an objective to get out of that situation

Last night I had this dream about playing the 8bit Mario! All the dream was in 2D and I think it had some kind of multiplayer mode, coperative mode and lots of new features. I had a good time playing it and I wasn't aware of anything else than just the game, but it was like I could almost feel the game, like when mario jumps I could almost feel him jumping

The thing is, they dont make a good dream sign!! It'd mean doing RCs throughout an entire game, playing for several hours, because EVERYTHING would be a dream sign I tried it out for a while, but it really is hard to have something that you spend a long time doing in real life
