hey you guys, ive recently come into contact with some interesting individuals

it seems that they have been the recievers of some sort of sacred knowledge, basically one of them gave me a mantra to help with dream recall and i was curious as to whether it helps any of you out as it does me (i remembered almost my whole dream and the different parts which normally people would qualify as different dreams, it basically let me see my whole knight sleeping as one big dream rather than smaller fragmented ones)

ok, so the mantra is this

RAOM
GAOM

however you like to say mantras is up to yourself, its said like round but without the d and substitute an m, and gaom is said the same way except with a g

anway, i tend to repreat it silently in my head (like on would the ohm sound) and my dream recall over the past 3 nights has been absolutely amazing

even if it is a placebo it works incredibly well
