That and when you try and run you can barely move.

I used to have this dream when I was a kid (yes I mean more than once) that when it started I opened my eyes and I was under water, so naturally I'd try to lift my body out, but I couldn't. I was stuck there. I was in a bathtub lying down and I couldn't get up. I hated having that dream.
