Thread: Time of primary dream recall

Out of a hunch I looked at the timestamps on my dream recall recordings.

All of my recordings last week were withing a 10 minute time period between 5:20 and 5:29 AM. Interesting.

So I know the time where I may have the best chance at clear recall and perhaps I can use that knowledge to my advantage.
