Man sometimes i think this just isnt for me. Whenever I try a method that says set your alarm for 4-5 hours after you have fallen asleep. When it goes off i fell asleep but im not tired at all. But when seven comes im tired. I have had about 3-4 LDs and they were cool. But i want to find a way to have them more offen. Is there a way to program your mind to have a Ld or something? |
