dream recall

How come it's hard for some people to rember dreams. I mean they are our dreams so why is it so hard to rember them. How come rembering dreams does not come natural and easy. I was just woundering if any one could explain this to me. thanks

Everybody has the ability to have great recall. There is no one who has practiced dream recall and has into increased it in a relitivly short time period. Some people just have a knack for setting their dreams at a high importance in their mind so they remember it, others are not so lucky. Some people just have better memories than other, thats all. But hard work can even that all out.

Everyone starts off at a different point because everyones mind is different.In the few eeks I've tried I have managed to increase mine. But only from virtualy none to everynow and then

although not really answering your Q I want to say this When I was a little kid I had great dream recall then from like age 12-15 I dont think i hhardly remembered one dream, then I all of a sudden tstarted reemeberign pretty much every dream I have, then I decided to start writing my dreams down to try to get perhaps a little bit more recall and it owrked, then I stopped writing them down and for a couple weeks I couldnt hardly remember everything, maybe a few bits and pieces, then since then I have been remembering them prettty good again Anyway, I dont know, I guess it is just dependant on how much importance your mind puts into remembering your dreams.
