have you tried taking naps? b6? getting more sleep?
I get plenty of sleep as it is. B6 may be a viable option, i'll try that.
it may be something to to with the time of year, some people find certain seasons better for dreams or having lucid dreams than others, and winters coming soon maybe your dry spell will end.
btw i love powerslave! rock on
Rule Number one: Stop stressing about it.
Forget all about dream recall for a while. Go to bed at the same time every night, with your sole intention being to get some sleep. They'll soon come back.
Also, you could try a cup of peppermint tea an hour and a half before bed. I know it's worked for me, and made my dreams quite vivid to boot.
Let me know how you get on!
Will do :) I suppose a change in season may be a culprit, and then again it could be anything :P
