I asked a doctor what supplements I could safely take on my medication. He was interested in my results next time I see him.

Ive done the following:
Nicotine patches
Decaffeinated coffee
Lechithin (has choline in it)
B vitamins complex
B6 with cheese or tuna
Multi vitamins

Since ive been taking these supplements most nights. I have one or two dreams but they are quite lifeless and i usually just remember a "theme/storyline" to them. Before taking these supplements I barely noticed any dreams but wasn't trying or having dream journal
