I had an interesting experience a couple days ago involving dream recall that I'd like to share. |

That sounds amazingly useful! |

It's like I've said elsewhere, dream journals can take place within the dream state its self, in the same way life journals take place in life. You don't wait till you fall asleep until you write your daily journal, so why would you wait till you wake up to write your dream journal? It sounds like you got the chance to actually access and browse your own internal dream journal which sounds like an awesome experience, very jealous! |

I suppose I'll be the skeptic--how do you know these were not false memories? |

I woke up after each dream that night/morning and remembered each dream right after it happened, but upon falling back to sleep and awakening with the memory of a new dream, the previous dream memory was replaced by the newest dream memory. In other words, I remembered the dreams, but then I forgot them. So upon remembering them all together after this experience, not only did I remember each dream, but I remembered remembering them the first time I actually remembered them before I forgot them. LOL. Also, there is nothing that would indicate that these were false memories. I have previously experienced what could possibly be false memories of dreams within the dream state and this was a much different experience. |

That is a very cool experience indeed. Maybe you can share how you did that a little later, if it works again? |

I basically just slipped into "the phase" with the intention of remembering my dreams. The experience simply manifested from that. |
