it's been about 4-5 days now and my dream recall hasn't improved. I don't write my dreams on paper, I use a app on my iphone (my light is at it's dimmest so not that much light enters my eyes) anyway I use an app instead of paper because I live with my family (sisters and brothers) and they always go theu my stuff.

(I don't know if I just need more time to see an improvement) but I could remember a dream 1 night and not remember anything of a dream the next. And the dreams I do sometimes remember they're unbelievablely blurry!

I meditate and I get enough sleep 7-9 hours a night.

Should I just give it time? Thanks in advance
