Okay, this is something I'm trying out. My recall hasn't been what it should be for a while now...my dreams just don't seem as vivid, and interesting as they used to. Also, I'm not remembering as much detail.
I thought about what might be causing it.
I came up with stress, and my diet. Regards the stress, I'm trying to chill out more, particularly after work.
And with regard to diet, i was taking a vitamin B complex, which worked a bit, but didn't do much.
Now I'm in the process of trying Omega 3 fish oils, but not in capsule form, being as i like kippers and mackerel.
I'm going to try eating this maybe twice a week, to see if it has an effect on my level of recall and ability to remember. (Omega 3 is supposed to boost memory...partly why they recommend it to the 'older' generation, as it's supposed to stave off memory loss in later years.)
I was wondering, has anyone else tried this particular method? i ran a search on Omega 3 and lucid dreaming, and no topics matched it. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this.
