Thread: Improving recall!

Finally. Some 10 days or so of effort and I woke up after a dream (about 3.5 - 4 hours of sleep) fully awake and feeling very refreshed and in a good mood. I laid there, cemente the details I could recall in my mind, and came out to record it. Going back to bed for a nap now, I'm hoping I can get 2 naps in today, so 2 lucid dreams I don't have to actually be UP and moving till like 2 pm, so I have time.

I'm excited that my brain is starting to catch on to wake me after dreams so I can record them. I lose so much memory being woken up externally that the alarm clock method doesn't really work for me, and I never remember anything if my hubby or son gets to me before I wake naturally. So yay

Side note, I was studying french before I went to bed and dreamed I was in Paris, and understood a great deal more french in my dream than awake (I've forgotten soooo much!), so that proves another theory of mine as well! It's a big morning for me
