Thread: Dream Recall Help.

I barely remembered it but i was walking around my old friends house with him and his sister, i picked up this necklace that was on a dresser and then his mom walked in and seen me with the necklace and kind of freaked out on his sister for having it.

Then all of sudden im outside with my old friend and were shovelling snow in his front yard, and that was when i woke up lol. Anyways, i cant wait to keep recalling more and more dreams so i can reach my goal of remembering one dream each night.

Good job. One thing that always helps me is after collecting a few fragments of dream impressions, read back through your journal entries and try to recall emotional states or images before going to bed. Sometimes it can help put your brain back into that dreaming mindset and ready for another.

Some of my first dream entries are akin to "the color red" or "I think I had a conversation with someone" keep at it, you'll start getting some good ones. :-)

Just an update of my progress so far if anyone is interested. So the last three nights i have actually remembered atleast one dream each night. But last night it was crrazy, i actually woke up three seperate times and remembered a dream each time. Even crazier to me atleast, on my second dream i was at some random house being chased around by a jason vorhees type character. After that dream however i was inside of the house. I woke up and went to the bathroom, lied back down and entered back into this house and met a random girl.This girl brought me to my truck that was parked at the side of the house and said she had a special surprise..

So i got into my truck and all of a sudden she pushed the front of my truck (somehow) and my truck slid on the ice all the way down a whole road, after spinning around and jumping off a ravine, i looked up and was on a snowy hillside. Then i saw a bear attacking a deer, and another bear just below me to the right. I paused and looked for an escape route and then it was pretty strange but the deer started attacking the bear and scaring it away. Well after that the bear continued to eat the deer and walked over to me. He layed down his head and i layed down my head on top of his body, like a dog almost. Then he got up and started attacking me, and i shoved my finger into his eye in which point he left me alone and i traveresed the other side of the hill which had a huge fence leading to a skii resort.

I then climbed up a ladder into the skii resort and asked for some water from some of the people at the event. Then i told them the story of what happened in my dream and when i woke up, it was that much easier to rememeber. Im not sure if this has anyth[ing to do with it, but i was talking to a friend the night before about the wonders of lucid dreaming and how i recently got started trying to do it. I think that had to have some sort of influence with me remebering my dreams alot easier now. Anyways sorry for the whole story, feel free to read if you would like. I just thought i would be great to let you guys know my progress so far! Any feedback is greatl appreciated aswel..
