So i recently got interested in Lucid dreaming, posted an introduction and was informed about some techniques and where to start. I picked up Stephen Laberges, Exploring the world of lucid dreamign and have been reading it for the past few days.
So far ive started a dream journal and ive got the the part in the book where it advises you to not continue learning until you can recall atleast one dream per night.
I go to bed at about 10pm - 12pm latest each night and wake up around 9:30am, 10:00am in the morning. What would be the best way to set an alarm, or multiple alarms so that i can wakeup after a REM period and increase my chances of recaling a dream which i can write down?
Even if i dont recall a dream should i write and entry every morning stating i didnt have a dream? And what other things can i do to help with dream recall?
Any help is appreciated! I cant wait to dream
