In lucid and non lucid dreams there's usually this boy and girl that just seem to be my friends. I never really talked to them, they are just there. They usually show up in the middle of the dream.:lol:

Now if you see them in waking life, do reality checks every time you see them, and if don't, you can use mantra like "I will do reality check when i see <x> and i become lucid" or similar. :)
