Hello DV, i've been experiencing some problems with my dream recall. Because, sometimes i can remember my dreams very well, sometimes i can't i really can't' understand why this happens as i almost fall asleep at every hour, everyday. I could remember a 10 lines dream before, actually i can only remember 2 or 3. Can someone explain me why this happen?

i really can't' understand why this happens as i almost fall asleep at every hour, everyday. If you are sleepy whole day maybe you aren't sleeping enough? That affects recall negatively as far as i know. Other than that, try waking up right at the end of the REM, since that's the best time for recall, you could use autosuggestion/mantra for that, like 'I will wake up after each dream'. Checker did pretty well to summarize all that up, not much to add, but I strongly suggest checking out the Compendium, it's got almost everything you need to know about recall in it somewhere of another. And as checker said, make sure you are getting enough sleep!
