Please help, I seem to have completely lost my dream recall. Nothing much has changed except may be I started working out more. Suddenly, I can't even remember If I dreamt in the night. |

One thing: working out definitely is not the cause of dream recall getting worse. Exercise usually helps with sleep issues and does not have them worse. |

What helped me starting out was if I didnt recall anything, I would write "No recollection." If your at least writing something you'll be training your brain that dreams are important and that you want to remember them. Also when you wake up don't let random thoughts intervene. Focus on what you remember. Don't give up! |

Yes, continue journalling even when there's no recall. Write 'no recall today' and maybe write down things you did or food you ate before bed etc. |
