      Are these my dream signs?

Well, few time ago from now i've been writting on my dream journal which things appear with more frequency on my dreams, and i came to conclusion that my school and my mom were the ones who i saw most on my dreams. So this means everytime i see my mom or whenever i go to school i should do a RC? Are they really my dream signs?

Yeah, pretty much. If that is a recurring sign in your dreams then you should defiantly do a check every time you see them. Or when you are at your school, do a check when you walk through a major door. Just some ideas.

To be honest, i've been doing that since they mostly appear on my dreams. but they are quite embarrassing, doing a RC on a school
or in front of my mom lol. Are there any other reality checks without people noticing?

Sure, one reality check that noone will notice: ask yourself in your mind "could this be a dream?" and think about it seriously for a moment, why or why not. Think about what happened before this and what happened before that - can you remember all that easily? Does it make sense rationally? Do you remember how you got to school? Does your mom look/sound/act just the way you would expect, based on your knowledge of her? As long as you contemplate all that in your head, noone should notice, and if it is waking life you can avoid embarrassment.

Also I suggest that you go through life in general looking for anything weird, and unexpected. Surely you are not one of those people whose life is not filled with weird and unexpected stuff. in my experience once we start looking for weird, we find it regularly and everywhere because life just is weird in so many ways. So every time you notice something that is more weird than usual then ask yourself quietly in your head the questions such as the ones above.

The key to this working is that you have to pay attention, and not fall into the trap of automatically answering the questions with "yup, that's no weirder than normal." of course your mind may well still provide you with fuzzy logic such as "of course, my mom always has wings." or false memories of how you got to school, but if you keep questioning your reality like that, someday you will realize that something does not compute in a way that you could not explain if this were waking.

Like JoannaB said, RC is not only way to find out that you are dreaming. In place where you can't do RT because it will look strange for some people, you need just focus a bit on world arround you. When stuff's and people look normal, car's don't fly, dog's aren't talking try to think about you, where you were 5 minut's ago, where are you now, what you doing there, why you doing it. In real life, when everything looks normall it will by boring a bit but when these way of thinking become your habit especially when you see your dream sign you will se great result.

Yeah, those are indeed dream signs, as for reality check, 'looking at hands' reality check seems to be least suspicious in my opinion to use everywhere.

I agree with Checker666. The last time I looked at my hands they were all deformed (in a dream - not real life!) and I couldn't see the edges of them properly. Big hint I was dreaming and doesn't look as odd as jumping to see if you can fly. Another one is surreptitiously trying to push your finger through your hand. Surprisingly you can do this in a dream. I've only done it once and it kind of hurt - but as far as effective RCs on the down-low go, it's all good!
One more RC on the DL I like, is asking yourself 'How did I get here?" I have only done this once too but it kicked me to lucidity instantaneously as I realised I had no memory of getting to where I was so it must be a dream.

      Not so noticeable RCs:

-Look at your hands, question things that may be strange in your head.
-Block your nose and see if you can breath through it (If someone asks just say your unblocking your ears)
-Try and push your finger through a wall or physical object.
-Simply question if your are dreaming in your mind.
