This is a great idea but the dream may create the illusion that the transition is normal, I think it only works if you have a high level of awareness |

It occurred to me today how dreams seem to transition from one scene to another without any rhyme or reason. You can be doing something in one place and almost abruptly you find yourself in a new location. You open a door in your house and you are on the beach. You turn around on the beach and you are in the woods. You decide to follow a path and suddenly your are at the end of it. So on and so forth. |

You can always build up that awareness by practicing ADA/SAT/RCs during the day |

That's the point. To build your awareness. |

Good stuff Xanous. This method should work great. I used to RC when ever I went in our out of a building, so that is kind of the same idea It should work and is an easy RC trigger to remember to do. |
