So a few weeks ago I got into lucid dreaming. At first I was so pumped and I started out with the DILD technique and now I try to do some MILD as well. Anyways I keep a dream journal and at first I had a great improvement in the quality and amount of dreams I could remember. Recently school has sort of caught up with me and I'm a little more stressed out but I can no longer remember even the slightest dream. It's really depressing. Anyways anyone have any help for me? |
