I've been keeping a DJ for about a month now and things are progressing great (I think). I've gone from waking up to maybe 1 dream fragment every 2 weeks to writing down 3-5 decent quality dreams a night.

My problem is I really only recall my visual and emotional senses in NDs. The dream plots I remember usually come from inner awareness and rarely do I remember any conversations if I have them at all. I rarely recall other sounds, physical sensations or smells (Although in the LDs I've had it seems like there's an switch that immediately flips on these other senses).

I'd like to know if there are any tips or exercises I could perform to increase these other senses to help make my dreams more vivid?
