I've been keeping a DJ for about a month now and things are progressing great (I think). I've gone from waking up to maybe 1 dream fragment every 2 weeks to writing down 3-5 decent quality dreams a night. |

well,i think that practising ADA,which is a tech that makes you more aware of your environment, activating all of your senses, will makes you more aware of your dreams also, those making your dreams more vived nad eventually having DILD LDs without even using RCs,a lot of people reported to have more vived dream using this tech, althought it's for having ld's,here take a look http://www.dreamviews.com/f49/all-da...gyoshi-113253/ |

Ultimately the goal is to become consistently lucid. I've been practicing MILD for about a week now with 3 LDs so far but they were all on the same night. I think I'll continue to perform my daily WBTB/MILD routine and give ADA a try to compliment it during the day. I tried ADAing as much as I could yesterday and I noticed a bit more vividness in my dreams last night. Thanks for the tip |

I take B6 every night before bed and I typically get a good amount of dairy in my daily diet (If I don't, I chug milk with the B6). I've seen a noticeable difference in the quantity of the dreams I recall for sure, and maybe even the quality. |
